Your personal health data is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy describes how the Letlivi application (the “App”, “we”) collects, uses and protects user information.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary:

  • Email address — used to create your account, sign in, and restore access.
  • App rating — optional feedback you choose to leave inside the App.

All other data (health entries, medications, notes) is stored locally only on your device and is not transmitted to us.

3. How we use data

  • Email — for authentication and account recovery.
  • Rating — to improve the quality of the App.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data storage

Your email and rating are held on secure servers using encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Your health data stays on your device — we have no access to it.

Backups you create manually via the export function are uploaded encrypted and accessible only to you.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

6. Security

We apply technical measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and hardened server infrastructure. That said, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Obtain information about the data we hold.
  • Export your local data from the App.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. If changes are material, you will be notified through the App. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
